A few weeks ago I decided to look up a flourless bread recipe. I usually write in a search engine: ‘easy _____ recipe’, and select among the options that come up that have few ingredients and good ratings. I ran into an almond meal bread recipe and gave it a shot. I was hoping it tasted like regular whole grain bread and when everything was said and done it did and it was delicious!
I have made it twice and the whole family loves it. I was worried my husband would not like it but he gave it a 10 on a 0-10 scale which he’s only given to a handful of recipes at the most.

Meditation is not just a time to create relaxation or greater peace of mind, it is also an opportunity to get to know and understand ourselves better. Meditation also allows us to have an uninterrupted access to listening to our inner dialogue. Paying attention to our own worries, interests, realizations can empower us to be more supportive with ourselves and consciously become our own personal guide.
